My uncle is a photographer, so my first memory of photography was a christmas present he gave me when I was really young of a cow trying to eat his photography equipment. Scared of the cow, he ran out of the way with his camera, leaving the rest of his kit with the cow. At least he managed to capture a good picture of it, and also helped set a seed of early photography inspiration.
I got my first camera when i was 14 and from there I've always photographed regularly, till I started doing it more serious a couple of years ago.

The internet is a great source of inspiration! Social networking allows me to find inspiring photographs through blogs, tweets and facebook posts. I get inspiration daily from other photographers I aspire to. At the moment I'm loving the work of photographers like Craig McDean, Mario Testino, Greg Kadel, Tim Walker, Solve Sundbo and Patrick Demarchelier.
I love capturing people, beauty and moments in time. Photography is a way of telling a story, capture a moment in time or inspire creative thoughts.

I'm freelance and part time at the moment and I'd love to be able to do full time what I love. I love music, fashion and photography, so am working to be able to combine all those elements one day. Ultimately there are two directions I have in mind for myself: Working for one of the large music record labels as a photographer, or as a self employeed photographer running my own studio or partnering up with other photographers with the same vision as me.
Ultimately photography is a passion and a way of life, so as long as I'm capturing beautiful moments and people in a way that gives me a photographic pleasure moment I'm happy.
